Be very careful with your luggage, , I personally I forgot my luggage in the room, I never found it again, first of all, the customer service is terrible, I personally called 10x at least, they just hung up on me, when finally they answered this unprofessional staff , they sent me to a strange site,, ileftmystuff.com,, where absolutely nobody gives a nothing about your complaint, in - a word, be very careful with your luggage, if you forgotten in the room comsider lost forever, they will steal them and you will never find them again .

Upon arrival, the check in desk area is nice, concierge was helpful accommodating my room close to some friends. Parking is extra, the first couple of nights we had to park so far away from our rooms. Ice machines did not work. for the second night, my room was not cleaned. I asked someone at the front desk and they said it needed to be requested, the next day I spoke to someone else, they said rooms are cleaned daily. Property is huge, there are two pool areas, both very nice.

They did not provide the room as onnadvert. Hotel was over booked . They provide a room in a villa . It was dirty . At the end we did not stay . Immediately booked another hotel and stayed. It cost us a lot .
