Race Weekend
Great proximity to Orlando Speedworld. The property overall, needs some love. The lawn wasn't maintenenced, even had to kill wasps. Inside looks great, and is functional, but feels disjointed. The floors aren't level and the furnishings were second hand and/or worn out. Sofa had a big hole, you didn't know was there, until you sat. Overall, it was a great place for race weekends. Neighborhood not well kept either, but quiet and very peaceful. The back porch had a serious lean too. This place does have some serious potential.

Missing washer and dryer as advertised. That threw a wrench in our tournament planning for clothing. Water was very smelly from well ...had hoped it would clear but had to shower after day 2 elsewhere. Necessities available in house and beds comfy.

Pleasant stay. Centrally located to airport, Cape Canaveral Seashore beaches/SpaceX launch site and close enough to theme parks. Not too far from Cocoa Beach. The house had plenty of space and everything was in working order. All new kitchen appliances. We enjoyed the animals in the neighbour's yard. We would stay here again.
