Thr customer service was wonderful and the property was beautiful. I stayed in a 2 bedroom and it was nice until I discovered it was not cleaned properly. Housekeeping left hair in the shower, there was hair on towels that were supposed to be clean and that's just disgusting. I wanted to cook breakfast for my family and there was no pots and pans to do so. This was my 1st time staying here to see how it was and I was disappointed because of cleanliness and that's very important to me so I don't know if I will stay again due to housekeeping

Love not the pool stays open till 11. Food and drinks were Very reasonable. Everything was Clean. We stayed in a three bedroom two bath, and the master bathroom was amazing with a Jacuzzi tub! Would definitely stay here again

This was a great place to stay for our Disney trip. Less expensive and more spacious than a Disney hotel. Also, free parking!! We didn't use any amenities so I can't review those, and I didn't feel like the customer service was the best. But I will definitely stay here again for future Orlando trips! It's definitely a great alternative to overpriced, one room theme park hotels.
