I feel the rooms could do with minor upgrades like new doors, and sturdier beds but over all it was a great stay. The rooms and property were clean, rooms are super spacious, and the kids had options of fun things to do on the property and surrounding area!

Craziest shower setup ever, it is in a spa tub, kind of dangerous to get into, no wall or curtain, eater never got hot even after running tub at full for a few minutes. Room had a view of the next building, thats it. Room itself is okay. Small TV in living room, even smaller in bedroom.

Room was not very clean, floors were dusty, day of arrival mataience was working in the bathroom had too wait 2 hours to use the room asked to be changed they did not consent, during all our stay there was a bad smell in the master bathroom, also saw cockroaches in living room and kitchen counters. Did inform the staff all they said was ok. Will not stay here again it was our second time.

I wanted to take my children to Oranldo for the first time and thought this would have been a good place for my family.. We got checked in and upon entering the room we noticed how hot, humid and foul stenched the room was. The unit we were supposed to stay in was a 2bd 2ba two story unit. Halfway up the stair case we found one of the culprits, there was a large urine mark on the carpet which was causing the entire room to reek, the closer you got the more intense the smell became. On top of that the A/C didn't work which was the reason for the excessive heat and humidity. Naturally I didn't want to keep my wife and two small children in the room so I went to the front desk in an attempt to get a new room.. They had nothing left, so we left to find a new place to stay. Lastly, I haven't been refunded for this and I fear I never will. I do not recommend staying here..
