Great location, outstanding breakfast. Meet up with Mickey and minnie during breakfast time. My Daughter had a great time. So many activities to do for the kids. Cleaniness was good. Only staff service was little slow when asked for special request. Overall satisfied and highly recommeneded

The hotel was in a terrible condition and very old. This is actually a motel! The beds were both bouncy and uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in poor condition. Disgusting!! Our kids fell sick and even expressed that they didn't want to stay there. And a day later, we all got sick. We had to modify our flights and return home. We had $1600 Disney tickets that we were not able to use. Spent $$ on medication while staying at this hotel. The photos shown before booking were completely misleading and didn't match the actual room. It felt like we were scammed out of our money. Tried reaching the hotel manager many times and no luck getting through. Please DO NOT STAY at this property.

The place was great, especially for kids, with an engaging club and a delightful breakfast. However, it wasn’t as quiet as we had hoped. We were woken up when someone passed by our door with luggage.

Recomendo a propriedade, contudo não dependam do serviço de transfer para os parques. Se o transfer for importante para você, consulte os horários no site da empresa que presta o serviço (platinum transportation). Também considerem que o café da manhã não tem grande variedade. Tem máquina de waffle, pão de forma, ovos e algumas frutas. Oferece apenas um tipo de bolo e sem queijos; no geral o café da manhã é bom. A hospedagem possui um playground bom para crianças pequenas, além de boa piscina, campo gramado e quadra de areia.

We had an absolute blast at Magic Moments! The resort exceeded our expectations in every way. The kids' play area was a huge hit with my niece and grandson. We loved how everything was just minutes away. The food trucks park down the street was a fantastic recommendation - the food was amazing! We also enjoyed the Antique car show at Old Towne and spending the day at City Walk. Magic Moments has earned a spot as our go-to destination whenever we visit Kissimmee with family. Highly recommended!

Good location. Said at the check-in was really welcoming and helpful. Kids loved it. The only concern I had is that the games are not available unless you have an account, the same with Disney tv.

Nuestra estadía fue excelente, gracias a la buena atencion del personal. Particularmente Jesús desde el momento del check in hizo todo lo posible para que estemos a gusto, accediendo a nuestros requisitos. Sin dudas que volveriamos a elegirlos.
