That was a bad experience we had in this hotel. Very dirty even you can see the rust on the doors and bugs are playing. We asked to change the room but the second room was the same. It should not been rated for not even half start.

This has to be the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at! First let me tell you about the check in process. When I got to the hotel I was attended by the most arrogant and uneducated older lady at the check in counter. First she told me that I was in the wrong hotel, then after I confirmed on my Expedia app that I was in the right place, she told me that I did not have a reservation and insisted that she couldn’t find my name in the reservation list. I had to show her my app and kept on insisting that I had a reservation. After a long stressful wait she finally found my reservation under the name and confirmation number that I had given her when I first arrived. I reserved a suite with two queen beds and a queen pull out bed for myself and my family. When I made the reservations I have mentioned about the number of guests that would be staying at this suite for 4 nights. When I got to the room we had two bath towels, one face cloth and two hand towels to accommodate six people. The room smelled like a misture of cigarettes, mold and a dead skunk. The smell was awful !Full of spider webs & dust. Stained bedding and dirty covers, filthy microwave, broken outlets, wholes on the walls, broken floor, baseboards were rotten and broken. Cigarette buds all over the property, garbage overflowing & the hotel door looks were broken as well. I was blown away with the false advertisement. This place looks nothing like the advertised pictures on Expedia.

Ewwww just nasty!! First off the pictures are fake. I booked family suite which was supposed to have a living room with 2 queen beds. I was informed they had no such room and they only had a family room with bunk beds. Ok fine I get in the room and it smells horrid!!!! Like feet and mold mix all together. The kitchen and bath are combined and also nasty. The furniture was very old and falling apart. Save you self alot of time and money and run away from this place. Its not worth it. Yes the location is wonderful but you still have to return to a disgusting place to lay your head. Im not over exaggerating this place should be torn down its not savable. The audacity to charge a 40 dollar resort fee when there were no resort amenities. The tv had no cable I was told they were into it with the cable company. I changed rooms thank God but it was only slightly better. I paid for 2 nights and couldnt find anything better in price so I stay both nights. I went and got cleaning supplies and a broom along with air freshners. Oh and they charges a 100 dollar deposit as if the room wasnt already damaged beyond repair. Just EWWWWWWWW.!!! Never again.

This property was rated by expedia as a 4 star property. This property was a 1 atar at best! The motel was absolutely disgusting! The furniture was old unkept. The bed linen was dirty old and the had no blanket or comforter. You had to ask for maid service. Which was not communicated at check in. We were required to pay a resort fee for services not available! The bathroom was moldy and unclean. The cable went out so we had no television service. When i called to complain they said it was the cable company issue and nothing they could do about it. No compensation offered. No dining on site. The motel only had a pool. The rest of the property was un kept. I am quie surprised that Expedia kept such a property on your listing. The property was listed at a price higher than what they had listed which was $29.99/ nt. I have lost faith and respect for Expedia as a result of this stay and terrible experience. I will seek out other sites that actually more accurately rate their listed properties! I would request a refund for this property from expedia for the horrendous experience and inaccurate rating of this property!

It looked like it has never been upgraded since built in the late sixties. The worst part was the heater didn't work despite freezing temps in Florida that night. The staff told me there was a problem with the heaters maintenance were working on but I don't think the heaters ever worked. We couldn't stay there and it seems like they haven't refunded me. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.

After two room changes finally decided to find another hotel the place smells like sewage outside inside all the fruniture looks like they got if from another flooded out hotel. Dead roaches on the sticky dark carpet, exposed electrical wires smells like it’s been wet inside prior they should really for the safety of tourists condemn the place. Stay their and find out don’t say I didn’t warn you

I wasn't expecting a lot for the price but we only needed it for one night until we could check into our condo. But this was disgusting. I'm usually so good about looking at reviews and I booked through Expedia and they have it listed at 3.5 stars. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I don't know how this place is still open. The room was filthy. Stains on the beds, the couch, blood stains in the bathroom. They had the nerve to charge me and additional $20 resort fee, the pools are all closed, there is garbage everywhere. They even offered us another room and it was even worse. I can't express in words how bad this place is.

I grew up coming here and seeing it deteriorate was very sad, we could barely use our sink because it was slanted and the water did go when it was supposed to go. The beds were stained.
