We stayed in a 2/2 on the first floor of the apartment building. Our family went to sleep around 10:30pm. My husband and I stayed in the master bedroom while the kids stayed in the other room. Around 11:30pm we started to hear the ceiling in the master bedroom making loud creaking noises from someone walking. This continued for hours on and off. I prayed this person would go to sleep at some point however the continued walking was the entire night. We contacted the lobby customer service around 1:30am and explained what is going on with ceiling. They told us they would send security to the apartment above and explain to the person the excessive walking was making noise between the floor beams. They never sent anyone to speak with the person. We also took videos of the loud sounds from the ceiling floor beams on our cell phones to show the manager in the morning. We didn’t sleep the entire night…it was horrible! We checked out first thing in the morning and spoke to customer service in the lobby and showed them the videos. We requested a refund. The lady said she would need to send her service/maintenance person to look into the unit before anything was done. That was last week and nobody has contacted us or summited a refund. We will notify our credit card company and dispute the charge. The building is very old and obviously poor construction. I have never stayed in an apartment complex with such paper thin ceilings!

Our stay did not go well due to issues Expedia couldn’t help us with. The staff in the reception and mgmt. Took care of us and provided us an overwhelmingly generous room upgrade which made things much better. This probably not so simple gesture makes a difference to so much guest like us and Sheraton staff in this location provided us with this legendary service. Thank you.

I rated Property condition & facilities a four because at the villa that I was staying at we did not have electricity and the fire alarms in the unit and other units kept going off. Other then that the property conditions and facilities were well kept and clean.

We’ve been staying at this hotel for years… the resort is very clean, service amenities and staff are top shelf… amazing place to stay All of the suites and updated and spacious The only change I’d like to see is the activities included in the price of the stay… having to pay to use tennis courts, basket ball etc is a bit much given the cost to stay is not cheap… guests more than compensate for the money they spend at their restaurants, general store and pools

I loved my time there , it is family friendly. Very pleasant it’s like an apartment, I was able to cook for my family. I was only there for a couple of days days didn’t have time to explore everything but we really loved it. Hope to stay longer next time

The resort is huge. We arrived at night so it was a little hard to find our villa. The staff were very welcoming. The villa itself was clean and spacious. It had everything I needed for myself and my children during our stay. The pool area was clean and spacious. My children enjoyed themselves. I would definitely stay again.

This was the best place I’ve ever stayed at! The one bedroom villa I had was incredible and the price was unbeatable. The resort as a whole was clean with so many different activities and great dining options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well. So close to the theme parks, shopping, and many restaurants. I can’t picture myself staying anywhere else the next time I go to Orlando.
