"We checked in on Thanksgiving and the clerk could not have been any kinder and helpful, even while working a holiday. She was excellent! The hotel was decorated beautifully for Christmas, was very clean and our room was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and the hostess was fantastic. She made certain that we received great service. We have stayed in many hotels and this was our best experience ever. Kudos and thank you to your staff for making our stay absolutely perfect!"

"The house was clean outside but: The communication from Expedia did not exist. We got to the property, neither the phone number nor email for host worked. We could not get in. Called Expedia many times, could not talk to a person. The longest I waited on hold was over 1/2 hr (have screen shot). We gave up and got another room from another company."
