"This was a wonderful place to stay. The room had everything you needed, was a good size and really well presented. The property was located perfectly to explore Vienna, and in close proximity to the rail station. The hotel staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Ok, so it's not the Ritz but it is in a great location for the Christmas market (the reason for our visit). There is a tram stop out the front making travel to other Vienna must sees very easy. The cafe over the road has great gnocchi and there is a convenience store a few shops away. If you need somewhere clean, comfy and convenient Pension Vera is great. "

The room attendant didn’t always provide clean towels but hung the used ones back up if they weren’t dirty. The room attendant didn’t always provide new toilet rolls even when there were none left. The safe didn’t have instructions in English and after making the reception aware, nothing happened. I found it difficult to get to sleep as the trams ran right outside my bedroom window. "Great location. Clean and safe. Staff was great. Fyi, reception close at 10pm and staff available for emergency. Hotel in part of commercial and residential building. So not your typical hotel setting."

"Great place in a great location nearby public transport. In the early days of being renovated but building work didn’t affect us at all. I have communicated with the property since my return - left my expensive sunglasses, but no reply as yet."
