Hotel is fairly new and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Best of all is its convenient location. It's 1 min walk away from Family Mart and Kitama Station, which is well connected to USJ, Umeda, Namba, etc.

Easy to access popular places through public transportation. Convenience store such as 7-11, Lawson and FamilyMart nearby. A few restaurants and bar in few minutes walking distance.
