The location is convenience, inside is clean and tidy and the washing machine is a bonus for our trip. I wonder if YouTube will be available in future since we don’t understand Japanese languages provided at the TV. I also feel unpleasant when an extra blanket cannot be provided when we request it. Other than that, everything is fine.

I know this accommodation is not a hotel with daily cleaning so I understand to set a realistic expectation going into it; however, I would say that the property was still on the less-clean side as I saw upon our arrival. There were some black dusty debris (not sure what they were) on the floor, some kind of marks on the walls, and the bath tub did not look clean. The accommodation is otherwise spacious and sufficient for a small family to stay in.

Would be full marks except the communication was a letdown. Up until noon of the day of our check-in we had not received an email with instructions. Messages I sent the night before via Expedia’s chat were also not acknowledged or responded to, so we had to call the operator, just 2 hours before check-in. The 8 minutes over the roaming call racked up quite a fee, which was unnecessary and could have been avoided if their administration was in order. Otherwise: Great location, large space (in Japan, and for a family of 3), good features like a big bathroom and washing machine, and generally a comfortable stay. I would consider staying again if there’s assurance of better communication and service the next time.

Crockery and washing machine in the room. The shower can be turned into a drying room. The amenities baskets was always half empty were little. There were only razors and cotton pads/buds. Shampoo, Conditioner and Body soap are provided. The location is a little far from the station, so it's better for backpackers instead of pushing wheeled luggage across uneven roads. BUT there were convenience stores nearby, so late night snacking was convenient! The bed was squeaky, and we could feel the springs. The bed with partition had very little space between the partition and bed, so whenever we had to access the wardrobe, we would accidentally end up hitting the bed frame with our toes/legs.

Was a great apartment close to the train and subway. Only issue we had was the aircon had an annoying sound when it’s on. It’s hard to communicate with reception as there is none. Otherwise, was a pleasant stay.

Like: 1. Clear and concise communication / advice / instructions prior to checking-in. 2. Smooth and seamless virtual check-in process. 3. Room was surprisingly spacious for 5 of us, adults with ample space to layout our 20" lugagge bags comfortably for packing/ repacking. 4. Fully equipped with amenities as listed. We especially appreciate the washing machine during our stay. 5. Close to train stations that easily connects you to various parts of city / places of interest 6. Fully appreciate the luggage storage area that could be utilized prior to checking in and after checking out. Dislike: 1. Beds and pillows were a tad bit soft to our liking. Nonetheless, this is a matter of personal preference. 2. Beds / mattress were rather noisy / squeaky. All in all, we really had a pleasant stay. We would not hesitate to recommend BON Condominium Umeda based on our own personal experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable, being just a short walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city. Our room was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and check-out was equally easy. We especially appreciated the luggage storage option, which was really helpful as we had a late departure. Overall, we highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Good place lots of room. Close to stuff or at least close to the station. There is no staff on site and a long list of rules but everything seems to go great. The craftman umami restaurant round the corner is terrible don’t go there!
