Property was clean and in close proximity to the main attractions. Close to the metro as well and they will hold your bags before/after your stay. It wasn’t “dark” as many have mentioned. We had a king bed room and our only complaint is the room was designed for aesthetics and not practicality, such as storage space, for travelers.

very nice hotel. friendly staff. clean room. conveniently located next to shinsai bashi and dotonbori. I would definitely book this place again given the chance to come back here in Osaka. The onsen was pretty too. wished i could take pictures. The staff let us use the onsen early in the AM even without our tattoo covered because it was too big for the cover they provide and since no one was going to be using it at the time we wanted too. Good laundry room reasonable price.

Hotels in Osaka are known to be very small. This is a hotel that you can choose how many beds you want in your room, which was a big plus. We got a room with three beds. It had a sitting area with a table. The hotel provide you with slippers and everything else that you need. Hotel is located pretty central. It’s closer to all the shopping and food.

“This hotel had an unbeatable location right in the heart of Dotonbori, with shopping, attractions, and train stations all just a 5-minute walk away. The spa was lovely after walking for hours, however it is separate for the males and females as is the case for most spas/onsens in Japan. It was sometimes a noisy at night as you are so close to the action but we would stay there again.

Over all everything is good. We used the self laundry really sad experience. I were there waited over 45mins no one come up pick up their finished Laundry. Have one machine problem so someone called to lobby, waited 15mins the staff come up and fixed the machine also take out the cloth, so I started to use the machine at 1am.
