There are so many positives about this hotel. The staff is incredibly friendly, location is perfect, and amenities were amazing. I will be booking here anytime I return to Osaka. My first trip to Japan was perfect 🙏

Room smelled a little like sewage & there were stains on the bed sheets!!! The room could’ve been cleaner the bathroom tile looked dirty and the carpet floor. Area is nice & the staff is very friendly & welcoming, no complaint there!

This location is perfect if you want to experience Dotonbori area. The place is quiet, safe and clean. You can purchase breakfast if needed on the day that you want to eat.

Property is very close to train station, most of the tourist attraction is walkable from the hotel. Our room is spacious enough for our 4x luggage. Room is clean and buffest breakfast is deliciuos with lots of variety to chose. Staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Great hotel right in the middle of dontonburi. There's not too much noise when you're inside the hotel despite being on the main shopping street. The breakfast is tasty with a lot of options and there are washing facilities and vending machines.

This is by far the best location if you are looking to stay in Osaka. As soon as you walk outside It's in the heart of Dotonburi.

Great location if you are exploring the dontonbori/Namba area. This area gets extremely busy so having a hotel literally on dontonbori is super convenient. Also their breakfast options are nice and feature Osaka specialties

You can’t get closer to Dontonburi than this! Fantastic location but know that it gets really crowded in this area. But that’s because all the shops and restaurants are right here! Lots of tourists though so not the full-on Japanese experience. The hotel was great though and our room was clean and comfy with lots of great amenities. Also surprisingly very quiet seeing how close to all the action we were. Breakfast buffet was awesome. Definitely worth the splurge!

The hotel is a nice size for 2 people - not too small. It’s located right on dotonburi street basically - be prepared to navigate through many tourists with yours suitcase. Hotel room is quiet despite being on a busy street. Breakfast is worth the money. It’s well located to metro system making it easy to get around the city.
