The check-in was a little bit confused for us. They would improve it by separating Name and Family Name if they need us to put them both. Besides check-in, everything was great. The spa was good. And the breakfast was so delicious. There are many options that we could eat.

Very strange place with a pair of automated dinosaurs to greet you at the check-in desk. Was easy to check in, go to the onsen inside, room was clean, and the hotel is situated close to the station that's no more than a 10 minute train ride to the airport.

The hotel is excellent with onsen. The facilities and amenities are great, clean and well maintained. The area has a supermarket and pharmacy, but lack of restaurant options.

The property was in great condition. The dinosaur check-in was cute. It was near the train station, but we arrived after midnight, the trains weren't running, and the taxi cost $40 from Kansai. The beds could be a little softer.

Henn is a very clean and comfort hotel. The onsen is great and with a sea view. Walkable distance from the Rinku City Station. A big supermarket is nearby. Overall, Henn na hotel is a very good place to stay.

The hotel is located near the sea shore. It is about 10-15mins walk from the Rinku town station. At first that walk was a bit painful as we had three heavy luggages and tired already, but the onsen was super! The wide view of the seaside was so relaxing. Clean facilities, polite and helpful dinosaur staff at the reception. We will be back.
