The room is big and amenities are sufficient. Good Access to food , shopping and entertainment. Area safe even for solo traveler. Close to train station and convenient stores. I stayed for 10 days, surprised that linens were not changed but they offer a $30 service charge for cleaning service. Recommended for stay especially if going to EXPO 2025.

This is a wonderful location for those looking to take advantage of Osakas aquarium and amusement parks. Very close to a train line and a nice coffee shop and convenience store around the corner.

This was a self service facility - I didn't know room would not be cleaned daily or even after 2 days. Only stayed for 3 days which was fine. Only 2 complaints. The bed was very hard and the garbage cans were super small. Great location for catching the train, for food - mall was by the aquarium literally across the street. Totally recommend it!

I think this is one of the worst experiencies i ever had. The room har stuff from other guests under the bed, they say they are a hotel but the room is not clean unless you pay nobody arount to talk about enything of the hotel. No front desk. You get early and you have to leave your luggage in the first floor. For the price is a horrible hotel, maybe half price would be ok.

It was a clean and simple accommodation. Felt a bit more like a VRBO than a true hotel experience, which was just fine for our short stay in Osaka! If we had stayed longer than two nights, I’m curious how housekeeping would have gone.

quite place near the osaka Harbour station, just 1 mins on foot to the hotel, clear, self help checkin and checkout, a little bit complicated but fast process, nice view, near restaurants
