The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small but functional, and very quiet and dark for sleeping. The housekeeping staff were excellent, and our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Breakfast was varied and delicious each morning, and the staff there were helpful, friendly, and easy to laugh. This hotel provided me with the perfect base to explore the sites of Osaka for a few nights. A comfortable bed, great service, friendly & helpful staff. What more do you want from a hotel. It’s very close to the metro line and just a few stops away from Osaka station, although you do need to change lines, just bare that in mind. However once you know the subway system it’s in a great location and so quiet, but shops and restaurants are literally a few mins walk away. Highly recommend

Triple room is too small

We stayed at a triple room, with 3 single beds. The room is very crowded and there is no room to lay flat and open any of our suitcases. Very inconvenience.

J'ai beaucoup aimé les lits confortables mais la chambre est petite pour 3 personnes, ouvrir une seule valise est difficile. Il ya trop peu de machine à laver pour tous les clients et le service de la reception nous a pas trop aidé pour envoyer nos bagages, c'était désagréable. Sinon la chambre est propre, confortable et la dame qui nettoie le restaurant en bas est si adorable ! Un peu loin du métro quand même ce n'est pas idéal...
