"Great Ryokan! Amazing food and greatest location in Arima. Fantastic service and beautiful Japanese style rooms. Can't go wrong with it. Would not recommend to bring children under 13. Actually, they should not allow children under 13 due to the wood construction, which can be really noisy. I am glad there were no small children around. They offer all that you need, however unlikely other hotels or Ryokan in Japan, they do not offer lotion. Also advised the hotel that they should reconsider...
