"I hesitated to write a review b/c there are a number of criticisms but then I noticed that this host doesn’t have any reviews yet so maybe these can be constructive. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed: very good, cold fridge;very good shower with hand held option; shelves plus hooks in the washroom, so there was someplace to put our toiletries, drinking water & two glasses on one side of the bed.No coffee maker or kettle; no means by which to wash the dishes that were provided...

"The place was very clean! had everything you need, the host was always available. I couldn’t work the table top stove so just used microwave. Having the toaster oven was a plus.

was nice to have, my son enjoyed that the most. There is a grocery store right around the corner and a couple restaurants and everything is close by. Two negatives would be if you’re a light sleeper not for you, as you are in a basement of a home. And the other would be the plumbing issues and not being able to...

"We stayed at the Lakeview house to celebrate my brothers 60th birthday. The location is amazing, steps away from the waterfront trail. The house itself is extremely clean, and was ideal for our family. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Oshawa."
