"Great location, walkable to almost all attractions in Ottawa. Lots of amenities like kitchen, fridge, cookware, Roku, storage lockers, and game tables. The parking could be better. Check in time is 4pm, could be earlier. Wall has a visible bubble from a water leak. Lobby has a strong scent as if it's trying to cover something up. Overall a pleasant experience. Would consider staying again."

"I loved the woman at the front desk. She was so kind and helpful. The location was too far away from everything, and the Ubers were expensive to get into the city. The washing machine flooded when I used it. "

"Very cozy apartment. Excellent location. Had to pay extra for check in after 10pm and was asked to call upon arrival but it went straight to voicemail. Luckily the concierge staff was so nice to let us in and help us call the responsible person to pass us the key. The communication via Expedia is not very user friendly. Hope that can be improved. "
