"The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!"

So blieben wir vier Tage lang ohne warmes Wasser in Küche und Bad. Auch die Heizung funktioniert zunächst nicht.
