"Nice hotel... but we really only spent nine hours in it and most of that was sleeping so the most important thing to say is... the bed and pillows were comfortable and the room had all the amenities you would expect from a quality hotel. PARKING... some advice... Bruges has more cars than parking spots so just pull up on the canal side in-front of the hotel and go in and talk to the staff. Speaking of parking... I have to give a shout out to the young man at the desk . I was a bit stressed...

"On arrival, it was a little confusing to find the location as it is set back from the satellite navigation location on the road. Apparently repaired on day 2 but still faulty so both nights unable to have ambient lighting. Poor given huge price paid. Bathroom smelled of drains.
