"Als Wiederholungstäter wurden wir auch diesmal nicht enttäuscht! Sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service, sowohl am der Rezeption als auch im Restaurant. Der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön. Frühstück ist sehr gut, es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze. Die Zimmer sind so eingerichtet, wie man es von einem „Chateau“ erwartet, am besten dazu die Bilder auf der Homepage anschauen. Housekeeping war sehr gut. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sprechen gut Englisch, auch etwas deutsch. Wir kommen wieder."

"Super clean and comfortable place. Beautiful grounds. There was a misunderstanding because of the booking agents listing - the hotel manager was quick to accommodate me even though she wasn't obligated to do so. The pool and hot tub were great! The meals were delicious and glutenfree was provided. I recommend a stay here."

"This is a really beautiful hotel but i would not say that it is 5 star. The room was spacious & beautiful but the bathroom had a tub/show but no curtain or glass so every time you took a shower the floor was soaking wet. Maid service was very diligent & quick for the most part, they have a pillow menu but don't actually have the pillows when you order them & never delivered anything as an alternative. "Location is great, price is great. Hotel is dated but we spent most of the day outside anyway. Breakfast has some average choices, good enough to start your day. Karlovy Vary is small so it is walking distance to all turist spots (Thermal pool, Becherovka, Vřídlo….. ) It is about 40 mins walk from KV train station. I stayed in this hotel 4 times and will stay there again"
