"Really nice location. Not too busy. Rooms were nice and warm. Linen could be better as there were iron marks and other black marks present. Staff was incredibly polite and nothing was too much. Breakfast was really nice and fresh. Only dienside was that you had to wait a while for the hot food to be topped up."

"From first contact with reception staff to dining room staff to bar staff everyone showed professional at all times. Staff member who stood out was Eliza on reception whose smile was the best. Please pass on my gratitude to your staff especially Eliza. Our train journey home was appalling as 3 trains were severely delayed resulting in us missing connections and arriving home 2 hours late. We need another holiday with you. Thank you again"
