"Property was really attractive with everything you could need. And very clean! We went on a damp weather week - Id recommend a summer visit. "

The accommodation was as pictured, the shower was hot and powerful, the kitchen had 2 electric hob rings/microwave and fridge. All the required utensils for simple cooking, tea, coffee and sugar . "We were all very impressed with the place, for a huge property it was exceptionally clean everywhere and filled with everything you need. Bigger with some older style rooms, it gave a great feel for hide and seek. It provided a good base for all of us to hang out together whilst giving some space, great for games and a couple walks in the area. We really enjoyed our cold pond dips followed by warming up in the hot tub. This was already warmed up for us on arrival and lots of wood and starters...

"We spent 4 nights at this lodge between 28Dec-1Jan and it was excellent. From check in to check out the process was seamless and we had everything we needed. Lodge was cozy, clean and warm and the bathrooms had actually been updated so were newer and nicer than the pics. Area was lovely and quiet. Had a carvery at the Cider barn restaurant about 5 min drive away and we drove into Weston Super Mare (20 mins) and got wristbands for the pier and did ice skating. "Very comfortable stay here, lovely spacious room (just a basic double) and good size bathroom. A little tired looking in areas however clean and comfortable, can’t fault it. Staff are friendly and helpful, excellent WiFi, plenty of parking. We ate evening meal, it was a Sunday so roast dinner and it was lovely. Varied menu for Mon to Sat, good choice and reasonable prices. Breakfast was varied and excellent quality. We will most definitely stay here again, great value for money."
