"When you arrive the property itself is great. Clean, food is great, rooms are large. It's essentially a large Riad. On the Expedia website it's said free shuttle to airport. When we arrived they denied this and said is was Expedia's fault. They refused to acknowledge the error. I even showed them the add but it made no difference. So add an Extra 60 Euros to the price of the room if you were expecting a shuttle. "

"We had a warm greeting, Mariam and Marwan were incredibly hospitable. The room was adorable and we ate dinner that night on the roof,delicious. We left super early the next the morning but the young clerk ( didn’t catch his name) took such good care of us.
