"First the staff was excellent. They were accommodating. They wanted me to be happy with my stay. There was a small hiccup but when I mentioned it to the front desk it was addressed immediately. A speedy response. Great personnel. My stay was short, only three days, and memorable. They assisted in some snafus that occurred while booking trips and tours and excursions. Wonderful and friendly staff. Highly recommend."

"Overall, a nice and solid hotel. Did not have any issues and staff was pretty attentive. Breakfast was minimal but we were about to feed ourselves well before our next trip. In general, I would recommend staying if you are looking for state without much time in the room. While, the rooms are huge, the inside can be much better. We checked-in super late and checked out super early, so did not get time to properly feel the vibe. To summarize: functional and clean hotel"

Each staff member with whom I interacted was friendly and upbeat The housekeeping staff went above and beyond in keeping my apartment tidy The location cannot be beat as the hotel is situated in the heart of Marrakech Gueliz . My wife used the spa facilities (additional charge) and was very pleased. "Absolutely wonderful. Undoubtedly the best place we stayed in Morocco. Fabulous blend of old Riad and contemporary design. Lots of lovely touches. Beautiful room. Area around is quite quiet and it's a bit of a walk to the main parts of the Ville Nouvelle (but flat and safe) and there are some nice restaurants much closer.
