"this property is 40 minutes away from Marrakesh in middle of nowhere off an highway. You cannot leave the premises without hiring 30 euro hotel cab, forced to eat every night paying 25 euros per head for dinner. There is no Yoga availabvle as advertised, no horse ridiong nearby, WIFI did not work at all, no TV s in room. CANNOT USE POOL AS FREEZING WATER. We booked for 6 nights and left after 3 nights without even caring about losing money paid already. It was so bad.

They could not do enough for us and our son, and they excelled themselves at every opportunity. The little extras they did for us made our holiday, and the riad itself is absolutely stunning. We didn't want to leave and I genuinely think about it a week on, missing the attentiveness and friendliness of the staff. It's perfectly positioned for the Palace and the souks and the pool is so welcome after a hot day exploring. The rooms are air conditioned and so comfortable and the food is absolutely incredible! "The Riad Andalla Spa is an oasis of calm in the centre of the bustling Medina. It’s central location. means that most attractions are easily walkable and when you feel tired and hot you can use Tuk Tuks or taxis arranged by the incredibly helpful staff. In fact we can’t speak highly enough of the welcome we received. Staff were so hospitable and the accommodation was spotlessly clean and very comfortable. "The property made our honeymoon special by greeting us with rose petals and roses upon entry to our rooms at the Hotel. They accommodated us free of charge with early check in. Very friendly and helpful staff save and except the attendants at the “boutique” who were piggish with nasty attitudes. They ought to be changed or fired immediately as they brought down the general management and pleasantness of the otherwise perfect experience. Will recommend anyone to visit but stay away from the gift shop masking as a boutique with terrible staff and service. "
