"The property and grounds are beautiful. The staff are so warm and helpful. The food was amazing. Breakfast was perfect. Everything was so clean. I never normally swim but the pool was so clean and inviting I ended up swimming and loving it. Pool side dining service was lovely. Had such a great experience and will be returning. Customer service was 5* The manager was so engaging and courteous and resolved the one minor issue we encountered with our luggage so quickly and efficiently we were stunned and so grateful. Highly recommend to anyone who wants a peaceful break in a paradise. "

"Beautiful villa. Away from the hustle and bustle of the city which meant it was quiet however you need to hire a driver to get anywhere. Accommodation was very spacious with a 3 separate bedrooms each with its own bathroom. Great for couples or older families however the bedrooms were separated by the pool in the middle so not great for small kids in terms of safety. Hotel staff were great and organised most of our needs including drivers to the markets, cooking classes, camel rides, etc... Check in was late and done in the restaurant with a welcome mint tea and snacks. Staff were friendly and took our bags to the property. lots of cats around which the kids loved! They had a pool and spa but we didnt use them during our stay. Villa had a kitchen with oven, stove, washing machine, fridge, etc... which was very convenient. Alcohol was very expensive in Marrakech so buy from duty free before departure. Also airport has security checks even before you enter the building so allow plenty of time to check in as there were long queues."

"We’ve been to Marrakesh many times but this was our first with children. So we chose this hotel as it said heated pool (it wasn’t heated enough for us to get into it) and it worked out really well. They have great facilities for tennis basketball football and the food was really excellent. The Moroccan food and the pasta bar - it was truly lovely. The shuttle to the medina is a great service and the room was perfect. I wish they had smart tvs so we could hook up our Netflix on colder nights. Cosmetics; shower gels etc were just gorgeous. One con - the pool needs to be heated more for winter visitors. I found it odd that the shallow baby pool wasn’t even heated when babies could really do with warmer water. Warmer water for us to swim would have made it perfect. Maybe a family swim time in the indoor pool would be an idea to offer so families can bring kids for a swim on winter days. Even a designated hour! "

"Quiet and serene location. Excellent staff and service. We reached quite late and the staff were kind enough to prepare us some food and nice tea knowing that we have travelled quite far and were starving. Spa, pool, rooms and the dining area were amazing. "
