"Accomodation was far better than i expected. Its a new property. Staff were friendly. If i remember his name was Yaseed. He took care of our requests. The other guy came to me to show me shop nearby. Flat had a fridge, over, kitchen utensils, washing machine... Huge space for a family. I am really impressed with my stay. The flat was at Palmier near to a pizza shop called Cucina Napoli. And also walkable distance from Palmier clinique(if someone wants to get taxi from Railway station). Thank you...

"The building was very clean and good security. The apartment was clean, big and the kitchen well equipped. The balcony was an added benefit. No problems at all. Highly recommend."

"We arrived in the evening and picked up our car from airport, only a 30 minute drive to villa. Villa was lovely a great pool which we spent a lot of time in to cool off. Villa was very clean great size bedrooms and all 3 had their own bathrooms. Nadia was very helpful with any questions we had before and during our stay we have had a great 10 days and didn’t want to leave!"

"The location of this apartment is in the guliz area of Marrakesh. Everything is nearby. The apartment was nice and clean. We were 3 guests and there was ample room. The host was super friendly and helpful. Provided extra towels and pillows upon request. Restaurants as soon as you come out of the apartment. "

"My stay could have got much better if it was not about the spa, I went twice the 1st with 2 treatments were good experience but in the 3rd treatment the massage was not so good and money was stolen from me. I had been to reception to change euros and went directly to the spa, paid my treatment and when I left 200 dirham = 20 euros were missing . I complained about it to the spa because they’re independent from the resort. I didn’t get any return. Also my son didn’t like his massage at all. "

"Very convenient location right near the main square. Downside was i could hear the snake charmers constantly from the hotel. The rooftop is great to sit in the sun and have tea. Easy to walk to most of the sights. The central location is handy but comes with the downsides. I woke up early before dawn and leaving the hotel for a walk felt unsafe. I saw an asian girl standing outside waiting for her taxi scared stiff. If your not alone I think its much better."

My First All inclusive.

"This was my first time stopping at a all inclusive hotel holiday. my thoughts of our stay. 1. was met at the door with tea, biscuits and a song. 2. we where early so our bags where taken off us and we where let loose in the buffet lunch and bar. 3.The room was fantastic with a bed big enough to get lost in. 4.The whole place was very relaxed and welcoming, We never felt pressured to do anything or excluded. 5.The location to Marrakech and the local attractions was unbelievable, you could pop out to the Medina, souks or one of the parks and easy pop back for lunch. 6.Food and drink where great, plenty of choice and great service ( on my pool day my glass was never empty ). 7.I would go again. "

Excellent friendly hotel close to railway station.

"Grand Plaza gave me a lovely big quiet room overlooking the pool with sunny balcony both am. and pm. room 526. Spacious and well appointed with excellent power shower you could sit under. Only niggles were that the pillows were extremely bulky and laundry cost me nearly £40!!"
