The staff is very friendly. They offer free s’mores with an outdoor fireplace. It is a beautiful property and conveniently located.

Dirty floors and surfaces. PAPER THIN WALLS, EXCEPTIONALLY NOISY - water is audible running through pipes in walls day and night. Adjacent rooms are audible as if the people in them are inside your room. TV and coffee maker did not work. Dresser was severely deteriorated with paint and particle board chips present atop it. Staff was unhelpful beyond advising of tourist destinations.

Fantastic customer service, Jo was so welcoming! Loved the 2 mile loop behind the lodge, groomed and well used. I brought my cross country ski’s. Off season is a wonderful time to visit, especially at the Hot Springs.

This incredible location radiates with vibrant energy during the day, pulsating with life and activity. As the sun dips below the horizon, casting an orange and purple glow across the sky, the atmosphere shifts, creating an enchanting backdrop for a cozy campfire gathering. We settle around the crackling flames, their warmth wrapping around us like a comforting blanket. The scent of burning wood mingles with the night air, heightening our senses. As we toast marshmallows to golden perfection, laughter and stories flow freely among friends and family. Each marshmallow we roast transforms into a gooey delight, which we sandwich between two crispy graham crackers, adding a square of rich chocolate for that perfect s'more. The combination melts in our mouths, a delicious reward for our efforts. Each bite is a reminder of the simple joys of outdoor living, marking this moment as an unforgettable adventure.

Nice and freshly updated. Our room was close to the main road. Maybe 25 feet! The sound proofing was ok however. Perhaps a second floor is better? Nice to have a restaurant behind the lodge, close by.
