I booked a queen size bed but i was told that those rooms were Not ready, bed covers were stain with blood and urine. bed sheets were covered in hair long and puvic hair. There was garbage accumulated at the end of the Hallway and that was creating fruit flies in my room, i booked 4 nights and they were short staff and couldnt clean my room

When I arrived the lobby was locked and I couldn’t get in to check in. It was only 6:30pm. I was standing outside for 10 minutes before someone came. The walls are paper thin and the room next door was so loud well past 3 am. If it wasn’t a snow storm outside I would have left. Room was clean.

Clean, comfortable accommodations @the right price
The rate and location of this small hotel were good for our overnight stay. Our room was simple, clean, and comfortable for the one night (had we stayed longer, a 3rd bath towel and some toiletries would have been nice). Check-in was quick and easy. Free parking in a big lot. Entrance to our 1st floor room was off the parking lot. Located on a main road so amenities like coffee and drug store were within a 5-minute drive.

It was a good experience staying in this motel and I like it the looks and style the only thing I dont like is the carpet because it smells bad hopefully they will just remove it.

We booked through Expedia, Travellers Inn new wing is a renovated multistory building in the heart of Owen Sound. The old motel is next door, didn't look appealing at all. The new wing building has renovated rooms, but we noticed a few nuisances. The walls have minimal soundproofing as you can hear contractors voices through the wall, we had to turn on TV to block it out. The bulbs were burned out in bathroom, someone else's hairs in the bed, while sheets were crisp and clean. The ventilation system is the old wall mounted heat pump/AC and it was noisy. No continental breakfast, the owner has an attached restaurant next door. Overall, it's economy $100 a night off season, but I would expect more for the money. There is no incentive to go back, or recommend. No pool, it's a safe place to sleep for one night only if you really need a place to stay.
