They have the communal bathroom with hot baths which is located on the ground floor. They charge per person so you may as well book a second room which would cost as much. Breakfast provided is good. No elevator. Fukuoka domestic airport is very 20 min ride on subway to Tenjin. Con: the beds squeak really bad when you move on them (unless you don't roll your body at all). They squeal so bad that they wake you up."

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?). And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk. The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor. It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
