"The hotel was about a 10min walk to the station, with no buses as an option. Taxi ride usually $6.70 in no traffic or up to $15 with traffic. Room and bathroom were spacious. Foyer of hotel very unexpected as the outside was quite unassuming...it was quite magnificent. Access to a microwave to heat food was useful. Convenience store 2 min walk away. "First off take the elevator!!! the door that you think its for the hotel it's not, they are a dental clinic not the hotel. Other then that its a short walk for hakata station, your storage area is small af, 1 decent size suit case and duffel bag per bed gets there own storage unit), they provided most thing. "I've stayed in APA hotels before and will again. The hotels are conveniently located the rooms are well organized. Check in was a little slow because everyone had to use a clunky computer system to check-in. Staff did help move this along. "Hotel is good but the front desk people had a hard time understanding our request to get us taxis. They would not or could not do it for us. On our last two days, the front desk staff on duty finally booked us Taxis to the airport. The refrigerator in the room was on a very low setting. It was barely cold. Housekeeping only done after a week stay so we missed that too. Washer and dryer in room was a great thing to have. Good coffee shop nearby called REC coffee. "
