"Positive: Hotel over all looks decent from first impressions… Staff are polite, which is always nice… Rooms are large with lots of lighting… Negative: Balcony door didn’t work properly. Very difficult to open. Door grinding on metal frame… Dirty towels on floor at balcony and bathroom, thrown all over the place. No L"
