"Host still lives in the house even though there is a separate Ohana. Excess stuff scattered around house. Property wasn’t cleaned before arrival. Sliding doors didn’t lock and had chains and padlocks. Landscaping unkept and debris around the pool area. Cat poo in the yard and cats lounging on pool chairs.
