"Couches were dirty they need to be replaced.I seen a roach in my bathroom. Room service was offered for late night and early morning breakfast I did not get an answer.I called more than once during those special menu times. "

"My hubby and i stayed during our 16 yr anniversary. The staff was very helpful in every way. William in the restaurant made our stay even more comfortable and enjoyable because he spoke English and was such a excellent host greeting us everyday and giving us his best recommendations. "Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful. Megapolis mall was somewhat empty. Not a lot of stores operating. However the Multiplaza Mall nearby was excellent. "

"Excellent service. The room was wonderful and very clean and very comfortable. Food was great. We hated to leave. We will tell all our friends to go there if they visit Panamá! Thank you to the wonderful staff for making our stay perfect. "
