"Lovely new construction hotel where an old palace once stood. Very modern appointments and rooms. We prefer a bit more charm and historical reference but can see the appeal of this place. The food was great but dining room and common areas very stark. Nowhere to really relax or unwind which resulted in an early departure. "Wonderful! Their spa/water facility , esp hot tub to rest my tired body & was such a blessing that evening after walking for 5 hrs at the Malbork Castle on the same day. "Da ich mit zwei alten und körperlich eingeschränkten Personen unterwegs war, mussten wir feststellen, dass das Haus für diesen Personenkreis ungeeignet ist. . Das Auftreten des Vermieters war hektisch und einer langen Anreise nicht angemessen. Der Backofen funktionierte nicht und auch 2 Toiletten waren sehr schlecht zu nutzen, da sie zum Teil defekt waren. Masuren ansonsten ist eine Reise wert und wird von uns sicherlich wiederholt. Das Ferienhaus werden wir dann allerdings nicht mehr buchen."
