Tolle Lage, befriedigende Ausstattung
Das Objekt hat eine tolle sehr zentrale Lage. Trotz Krankenhaus und viele Kneipen in der Nähe, war es nicht zu laut. Die Aufteilung der Räume ist super. Einrichtung preiswert aber geschmackvoll. Leider hat das Objekt nur ein Badezimmer mit schlechten Wasserdruck beim Duschen. Leider war die Ausstattung nicht dem Preis entsprechend, zum Beispiel gab es nur ein Weinglas. Richtig sauber war die Wohnung leider auch nicht, speziell die Fenster und der Balkon waren nicht sauber. Dies war nicht so schlimm, passt halt nur nicht zur Beschreibung und zum Preis. Sehr sympathische und flexible Vermieter, zu 2. oder zu 3. werden wir bestimmt die Wohnung nochmal mieten. Vielen Dank und liebe Grüße nach Paderborn
