"Plenty of rooms, great size pool, stones step to amenities. Albeit a bit quirky (lots of add Ons to the home and a little old) makes for great hid and seek for the kids. Pool was fabulous to cool off, with so much covered space to dry & clean gear after a day out snorkeling. Aircon was great in all the rooms could be more comfortable with one in the lounge instead of the "air cooler" Did get bitten by mozzies if we needed to open the windows for a breeze (as expected) would have been nice to...

"Pool was great. Staff very accommodating. Water available in many places. Suntan lotion and aloe on tap at the pool. Better yet, the hotel is connected to a shopping mall by a elevated walkway. That works great for a lengthy stay. Grocery store, food court and several shops there. Much more convenient than the intercontinental hotel. "

"Arri checked us in and was very friendly and helpful. Only complaint was our water/shower was cold throughout our stay. Called front desk and was told that’s the way it was. Not sure if they understood how cold it was. Later was told that water should not be that cold so apparently our room had an issue. The property and view was beautiful. Room was large and comfortable. Pool and facilities were lovely. "

Very nice for short stay

"The location is not very convenient if you want to leave the property, but we were content to stay. We stayed in the overwater bungalow, awesome! The only improvement needed is the food selection. All the dining options had the same food, so the choices were limited however we liked what we had all nights. Staff was very nice😊"
