"We had a wonderful time staying in the treehouse. Good proximity to fun things to do, the space was well kept and clean, the outdoor shower was a fun little treat even if it was freezing cold (my fault for trip timing). Overall we loved the experience and would definitely come back. "

"The house had everything one would need to be comfortable with pets. There were only two glitches - the fenced yard was fenced with wire that was larger in format than hog wire- so my 7 pound dog could walk right through it 😬. The other was more our fault - we didn’t know how to operate the thermostats, and the temperature dropped pretty quickly. However, the owner and his daughter responded immediately to get us warmed up. Otherwise, we were very pleased, and would recommend it to anyone...

"It’s a lovely spot to unwind and disconnect. The property was impeccably clean, and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. It’s a bit of a drive from Austin, so Bastrop is the best place for food or groceries. There’s no Wi-Fi, making it an ideal retreat from reality. The only downside was that during our stay we heard some loud music from a nearby bar, which was audible from the cabana. It was manageable, but light sleepers might find it a bit disruptive. Thank you for the cookies! "

"Becky and Hershel’s property was magnificent and matches the description perfectly! They were awesome hosts that were very responsive throughout our stay. We had 6 adult couples, 2 teenagers, and 3 little and we were not cramped at all. The home is stocked with more than anyone could want, including an electric gravy boat! Nice touch for Thanksgiving. "This was a wonderful property and we enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect for Circuit of the Americas and it is located in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. The property manager was wonderful to work with- he met us at the house and gave us a tour and showed us how to use the pool and elevator. The houses are well equipped with everything that we needed and very clean. It was a great choice for our group of friends."

"Five days for Thanksgiving we had fires sitting around the fire! Fishing on the river, surrounded by trees and woodpeckers a few deer, but the best was a fully fenced in huge yard, and they welcomed my fur babies! Five minutes from downtown Bastrop easy access to Bucky’s on an adventure in walking the strip into the cute little shops! The windows in the bedrooms are magnificent with a view of the river and the sun coming through! "

"Comfy bed, spacious room, and very convenient location. Only negative was some old damage to doorframe that allowed light to stream in and I noticed that I could look out into the hall through the gap. I hung a towel on the door closure to ensure no one could peek in."
