"Room size and amenities are ok. However finding the place or person to check in was a problem. Phone number listed in confirmation and website was wrong. Another guest had the same problem. Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. Thanks to the resourceful resident, she managed to figure out/find out the number which is 88-0606069 and helped call in Thai the check-in person. There's no reception area, no nightclub, no...
