"I really enjoyed my stay as a solo traveller. I felt safe in the hotel and the surrounding area, it’s also really convenient to walk to many of the key areas - Carmo Convent, Commercial square, Lisbon Cathedral and Castle. I do realize Europe cools down in November and the people that live there find the outside temperatures cool. "We stayed for 5 nights every staff member went above and beyond during our stay. They suprised my wife on her birthday with cake and a bottle of wine which was really thoughtfull. We stayed half board both the breakfast and evening meal offerings were great with a wide selection of food. The staff were very attentive every day. Hotel rooms were cleaned daily to a high standard. Very close to metro stations which made travel around lisbon. Would happily stay again. "
