"We were looking for an affordable way to stay in West Palm with a quick walk to the beach, and this definitely checked those boxes. Online photos make the hotel seem a bit nicer than it is, but considering the price of the Ambassador compared to others in the area, it's a great deal. Rooms have a full kitchen and are only serviced every three days, so think of it like a mix between a hotel and a mid-quality Airbnb. We met some folks whose A/C didn't work but we didn't have any issues with basic...

"Overall the room and everything was somewhat clean, but the pictures of the hotel/room make everything look a lot nicer than it actually is. We also would have liked more communication about what came with the room… did not know there were beach chairs until we were leaving. Our shower did not work when we first got there, however maintenance happened extremely fast and they were very friendly. "
