"Overall- GOOD Positives: Newly remodeled, very spacious, mostly clean. Decor was cute. Clear check-in/check-out instructions. Negatives: Surrounding area had strong marijuana smell, and sketchy neighborhood. Home should have had air filters replaced, a couple of us developed a cough from it. Bathroom had no place to hang towels or hand towels (not big issue, but inconvenient)"

"DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!Would give zero stars if possible. We arrived at this property at 4pm Sunday and the AC was not working it was 79 degrees on the first floor at 83 on the second floor. By 7:30pm the house had not cooled down so we made the decision leave and to return to our house 3 min away because it was unsafe for our family with two young children & a small dog to sleep. The host was alerted & we told them we wanted to leave and be refunded. They refused to refund...

"Our family really enjoyed our stay here. It is centrally located nicely between the West Palm beach downtown and also Rivera Beach/Singer Island. Very cozy and quaint place located in a nice quiet neighborhood. If ever coming back to this area, we will definitely try to stay at this VRBO listing again."
