"This 60+ year old motel was impressively quiet and in mostly good condition, but there were some issues. The latch on the bathroom window was completely gone, and there was no way to secure the window. There is no fan in the bathroom, so a functioning window is needed. The refrigerator had a water leak inside that was reported on day 1, but it was not repaired. The nice balcony was marred a table laying on its side with a broken leg. There was not adequate parking.
