Front desk people made me stand there while waiting for people that somehow didn't know how to check in. The other desk person just looked at me and walked off..?? Property is old but rooms are is decent shape. Only downside music in pool area was on until 10 pm? Because the place is old window are single pane allowing the music to easily come through.

The Staff are friendly and courteous. The grounds are nice and clean. The service was poor. They ran out of regular coffee pods for guest rooms. There were no wash cloths. Staff had to tell us these things. Not their fault- clearly poor management. They had items on the menu that they were unable to serve such as Latte’s because they didn’t have the supplies. We had to walk across the street to the 7-11 to get coffee at 7:30 am because they had none available until 8. The towels were old and frayed. No appointments available at the spa. Stay somewhere else until management understands service starts with them.

Pretty run down pretty. The room we stayed in was very basic with many amenities on the verge of falling apart. It needs a major overhaul to offer the comfort that matches the price.

Unfortunately we had a bad experience. There was a front desk staff that was incredibly rude to my DoorDash delivery driver yelling at her and called me at 3am to go pick up a delivery that DoorDash mentioned there were no deliveries available at that hour (2am) so I had gone to sleep. He was very disrespectful and made me feel very uncomfortable. Next morning, staff came knocking to our door at 10:55am although the do not disturb sign was on asking why we had a do not disturb sign up and if that meant that we were starting an extra night. It felt passive aggressive since they kept on looking at the watch when we said that we were about to head out to check out. Although the location is convenient to downtown Palm Springs, we will not be staying there again and certainly would not recommend this hotel to my friends as I would hate for them to experience the same treatment.

Rooms are a bit dated. Comforters were not soft. Towels were frayed and not soft. Not enough closet or cabinet space. Felt more like a standard hotel and not a resort

In my 30 years of traveling I’ve never had a maid come knocking on the door repeatedly 2.5 hours before checkout to ask if we were checking out today and waking everyone in my party up. When I called the front desk to mention this the guy said “it’s just a knock, it’s not that big of a deal.” So everyone in my room was woken up by the staff for NO reason and the front desk clerk didn’t even feel that warranted an apology. Got it. Will never stay here again. Also, there was dog poop EVERYWHERE on the grounds and the pools looked nothing like the pictures. 0/0 would not recommend.

The room is not very clean the hair on the restroom The sofa and armchair in the bedroom had stains on them, the sheet was torn and there was a hole in the side, the carpet in the bedroom was also torn.

Very relaxing and amazing and friendly staff. Properties need updating but I believe they are doing that as part of the transfer from Margaritaville to Riviera.
