Beautiful, remodeled studio, with a King size bed. The blackout curtains are just perfect for a good night’s sleep.
Fully equipped kitchen (no dishwasher).
A living room with flatscreen, cable TV is featured in an air-conditioned room with a small dining area. Enjoy a private, south facing patio in front of a creek.
Totally remodeled bathroom with walk-in shower.
Free Wi-Fi is available. Galleries, upscale shops and restaurants are just 5 minutes' walking distance from the resort. Palm Springs International Airport is less than 30 minutes’ drive away. Shadow Mountain Golf Course is located adjacent to the property. Acrisure arena, festivals and casinos are just minutes away.

We rented a large home in Palm Desert for 5 weeks and needed place to stay for 5 days to attend the tennis tournament. The studio was perfect for our needs. The owners were so accommodating and brought us extra towels and were good communicators. The place was spotless and they even had a cute little patio with a lounge chair and a table with two chairs. The walk to restaurants and shopping is only a short walk....just a great location!!

We loved our week-long stay at this studio! So clean, quiet, great location, and everything we needed. Just a few blocks up from El Paseo and within walking distance of many shops and restaurants. Pool was huge and added bonus was the pool bar with drinks and food. Host Anthony checked in on us a few times to see if we needed anything. We highly recommend staying here!

We really enjoyed staying here, it was comfortable, cozy and convenient. The hosts provide everything you need and even a few treats which is a nice touch. It was pretty quiet considering it's a ground floor studio. We'll return and tell our friends as well.

This studio was amazing. New, clean, perfectly designed and stocked with everything we needed. Walking to el paseo, access to the best pool ever, quiet and relaxing. Morning on the patio was just stunning. Strolls around the resort. Dinner at The Gardens. We loved it all. Anthony is the perfect host.

This studio is just as advertised -- bright, contemporary and comfortable. The resort it is located in has a giant pool and is big on tennis. Anthony is a great host - prompt and personable.

This studio apartment was just perfect for our weekend stay! All the necessities were included. The apartments is well kept and clean. Access from carport to the apartment is so easy and convenient. Communication with host was easy. I will absolutely stay here again when I’m in the area.

Overall, the property was accurately described. We were impressed with the renovations and cleanliness, but what is most impressive was the proximity to El Paseo. The walk was easy and we took advantage to the proximity of many great restaurants and shops. On the downside, the bed was very hard. I shared this with Anthony when he checked on us after day one. It was a brand new mattress and is looking into the exchange policy on it. The other minor irritation was the noise from upstairs. We could hear footsteps, TV, and the steps from their little dog among other things. Not much can be done about this. The stay was pleasant and we enjoyed another great trip to Palm Desert. It certainly is a piece of paradise.
