The property was nice and the service staff were very friendly and exceptional. However, our room was beneath a party that spent the majority of the night (beginning from 10pm to 2am) partying and playing loud, thumping music and it was so loud we had to call noise complaint/security twice on them. They continued to party and our group was unable to sleep.

The staff at this hotel were incredible. Honestly couldn't say enough about how friendly and accommodating the safe were at Riveria. Hotel was clean and food was delicious. Only notes is that all their hot tubs were broken so none of them were hot or even warm. So for a January trip that was a massive bummer, even in their spa facilities. However, the massage at the spa was lovely.
