"This is one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are truly amazing and so private. We stayed here for our honeymoon and the hotel gifted us a bottle of sparkling wine and little desserts. The turndown service was really nice and dry cleaning was fast and had great pricing compared to other hotels we stayed at. I can’t say enough about the staff, we arrived early for check in but staff brought us complimentary drinks and one staff William gave us an amazing tour of the property which was needed because it is enormous. So impressive with bridges and wildlife and lush tropical forest everywhere. We loved the orchids along all the paths in the resort. William also showed us the frog pond in the evening which we loved. He had amazing suggestions and helped throughout our entire stay. We did the complimentary yoga and loved the fresh cold coconut water provided afterwards. I was blown away with everything what was included and every little detail. We saw several sloths, howler monkeys and six different species of frogs on the property. We did not want to leave the resort and ate at Ayla the Mediterranean restaurant which was good and the Italian restaurant which we loved. Great vegan options at all the dining options. I can’t say enough good things and look forward to returning!! "
