STORMY HILL RETREAT on Gooding Lake

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (59)
"This property is amazing! Gorgeous views of the mountains and a spring fed lake. The owner let us use her kayaks, paddleboard, and canoe. We all had a great time out on the lake! We did several loads of laundry, which was nice to be able to do after our glacier tour. The house is a nice-sized garage apartment with full kitchen. Palmer is a lovely city with several nice restaurants and grocery stores. Rebecca is the best host ever! She even brought over cinnamon rolls for us to throw in the oven...

Butte's Bethel Farm B&B

3.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (11)
"We stayed for two nights before we left for an Alaskan cruise. The Bear cabin was wonderful. We arrived to a fridge stocked with enough for us to make ourselves two gourmet breakfasts. Unfortunately, we had to leave extremely early the first morning to go ice climbing, but to our great delight, there was oatmeal and fruit available for a quick breakfast. We made a larger breakfast the second morning, and could have made so much more! We loved the way this B&B is set up! No one crowding in on...

Mountain Vista Retreat, Excellent Views, Private entrance and living area

9.8 out of 10, Exceptional, (40)
"Our hosts were very thoughtful down to the last detail. This was ideal for the baby and pup. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. The kitchenette is very small, but that worked for us as we planned to enjoy the local restaurants for dinner. They have an excellent library of dvd's and books on Alaska!"

Palmer Butte Alaska Home Pioneer Peak 10 beds and loft

10.0 out of 10, Exceptional, (23)
"The house was beautiful and well kept. Our kids all enjoyed helping feed the birds and running around the big yard. The family pictures made it a more inviting atmosphere. Ken and Cindy were very nice and even allowed us to have our
dog
and use the
dog
run located outside the kitchen door. We didn't even mind that it wasn't as close to Anchorage as we thought because coming back to this home at the end of the day was worth it. We will definitely stay here again."

Matanuska Villa #1, Glacier Suites - Matanuska Villa #1

9.6 out of 10, Exceptional, (17)
"My husband, daughter, son-in-law and I stayed at this property while in the area for a family wedding. The house was very clean, attractive and comfortable. We enjoyed the open living/kitchen area for relaxing in the evening when our activities were over. We appreciated that there were laundry facilities. The neighborhood is very quiet yet has easy access to major thoroughfares that connect to both downtown Palmer and Anchorage. Check in, check out and communications were all clear and smooth....
